Double check that you’ve followed the instructions here

Insert the SD card into the front of the Ultimaker. Use the scrollwheel to the right of the screen to select “PRINT”  by pushing down on the scrollwheel. Scroll down to your print and select it. It should start automatically. Because the Ultimaker has a heated build plate, there is no other setup to do with the printer. Do not put tape on the Ultimaker build plate.

The Ultimaker will automatically heat the extruder and begin printing when ready. Be sure not to leave a print completely unattended, as filament jams and other problems are common.

If you need to abort a print, you first have to pause it by scrolling and selecting “Pause.” You then have to go to “Tune” and select “Abort” to stop the print. If something starts to go wrong with the print, do not let it continue; abort the print.
